HISTORY

The Rho Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc was established in 1961 in Evanston, Illinois as a Graduate Chapter.

As the membership of this chapter grew, the majority of the members lived north of Evanston.  To date we are Located in Lake County Illinois, currently serving communities such as; North Chicago, Waukegan, Zion, Gurnee and even parts of Wisconsin like Kenosha and Racine.

Bound by our four Cardinal Principles (Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift), our chapter has enjoyed over 46 years of dedicated service to the community.
